An event spokesperson said that a concentrated New Year's food market before the Spring Festival is supposed to create an enjoyable atmosphere and increase consumer interest. Two weeks will be dedicated to inviting more Hangzhou residents to celebrate, and the West Lake Cultural Square is easily accessible to all.
